Toyota NL wanted to boost sales by generating more leads from the existing traffic to its manufacturer website.

SOLUTION

Toyota deployed the IgnitionOne Customer Intelligence Platform to profile customers on their website – analyzing online behavior to determine customers’ vehicles of interest and levels of engagement in real-time. Toyota then leverages IgnitionOne Customer Intelligence to create audiences for social media, that they then target with offers that feature their vehicles of interest. As customers adopt take up the offers, resulting leads are passed directly to local dealer DMS systems.
